These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to the website and services provided by Koomilio Solutions LLC ("Koomilio," "we," "us," or "our"). If you use Koomilio on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.

Koomilio provides business communications and related workflow tools, which may include browser-based calling, business phone numbers, call information, customer records, notifications, and other features made available through our platform. Features and availability may vary by account, plan, location, and service provider.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that people you authorize to use it follow these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Koomilio only for lawful business purposes. You must not use our services for fraud, harassment, threats, impersonation, unlawful robocalling, spam, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates applicable telecommunications, privacy, consumer-protection, or other laws. You must not interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
4. Calling, Messaging, and Consent
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any notices, permissions, and consents required for communications you initiate or manage through Koomilio, including calls, text messages, and communications with your customers. You must honor opt-out requests and applicable calling and messaging restrictions. Koomilio may restrict communications that appear unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with provider requirements.
Koomilio's own account-related and operational SMS practices are described in our SMS Policy. SMS enrollment is separate from acceptance of these Terms.
5. Call Recordings and Customer Information
If recording features are available, you are responsible for providing legally required notices and obtaining consent before recording calls. Recording laws differ by jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection, and appropriate use of customer information entered into the platform. You must not upload or share information that you lack the right to process.
6. Plans, Charges, and Payments
Any applicable subscription fees, usage charges, billing periods, and plan limits will be disclosed when you select or purchase a paid service. Additional charges may apply to telephone numbers, calling, messaging, or other usage-based features as disclosed for the applicable service. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms presented at checkout or in your service agreement will apply to that purchase. We will not impose a paid subscription merely because you visit our website or submit an inquiry.
7. Availability and Third-Party Providers
Our services may depend on internet access, compatible devices and browsers, telecommunications networks, and third-party providers. We work to maintain reliable service, but interruptions, delays, and outages may occur. Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, Koomilio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every call or message.
8. Ownership and Permitted Use
Koomilio and its licensors retain their rights in the website, software, branding, and platform materials. Subject to these Terms and any applicable service agreement, you receive a limited, nonexclusive right to use the services for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of information you lawfully submit, and authorize us to process it as needed to provide and protect the services.
9. Privacy and Security
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and handle personal information. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls and safeguarding information within your account. You must notify us if you become aware of unauthorized use or a security concern involving our services.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the website at any time and may request account closure, subject to any applicable service agreement and outstanding obligations. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, suspected misuse, legal obligations, nonpayment, or material violations of these Terms. We may terminate access for material or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an "as available" basis, without warranties beyond those expressly provided in a written service agreement. Koomilio is not responsible for failures caused by third-party networks, internet connectivity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, Koomilio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as our services change. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. Where required by law or an applicable agreement, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
