Koomilio provides business communication tools, including SMS messaging for account security and operational communications. We do not use our SMS program to send marketing or promotional messages.

Types of messages

Depending on the service you use and the permissions you provide, messages may include account verification codes, security alerts, account and service notifications, appointment reminders, service-ticket updates, dispatch information, delivery notifications, and other transactional or operational updates.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive SMS messages during registration or another applicable consent process, you authorize Koomilio to send messages related to the services you request. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Businesses using Koomilio to message their own customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required customer consent before sending messages through the platform.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to account activity and service events. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to a message to opt out of further SMS messages from that sending number. You may receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of essential security messages may limit your ability to use features that require SMS verification.

Privacy

We use phone numbers and message information to deliver and support the requested communications, maintain operational records, and protect the service. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information as needed to deliver messages and operate the service.

Delivery
